Permission to Share Information

There are many programs and services offered to students by the Ƶ Ƶ. Some of these programs provide assistance for students who qualify for free or reduced price meals. These programs, however, cannot access your children's eligibility status without your consent.If you are interested in receiving assistance for your children for any of the programs listed below, you can complete the attached permissionto share form and return to your child's school building or mail to:

Summer Menus

Additional Information

The Summer Food Service Program provides free meals to all children ages 1 through 18 years at participating sites statewide. No paperwork or pre-registration is required to participate.Use any of the following tools to find an SFSP site near you:

All meals must be consumed in the cafeteria. Curbside and walk up meals are not available this year.
